Post Shamrock Upper Body

It is Tuesday, which means it’s a partner workout day. I am heading over to my friend Janet’s house to workout with her in her home gym. It is two days post Shamrock Half, so I am working upper body only.  The wedding is 88 days away and the sun is out..so start flexing!

Here is the circuit we will be tackling. Good luck!

ROUND 1 – 15 lb weights, 30 reps reach

Alternating Bicep Curls

Alternating Bicep Curls + Chest Press

Alternating Bicep Curls + Chest Press + Alternating Upright Row

Alternating Bicep Curls + Chest Press + Alternating Upright Row + Plank to Fatigue

ROUND 2 – 10 lb – 15 lb weights, 20 reps each

Overhead Press

Overhead Press + Alternating Side Chop

Overhead Press + Alternating Side Chop + Alternating Tricep Kickbacks

Overhead Press + Alternating Side Chop + Alternating Tricep Kickbacks + Floor Dips

Round 3 – Body Weight, 2x

20 Alternating Plank Taps

10 Plank to Push Up (each side)

10 Plank Row

15 Roll Up
