Sweet Summer Survival

We are all only human after all, doing our best to live this sweet life. So….in honor of celebrating all this season has to offer I have a few items to make your summer a bit sweeter!
From toothpaste to breath spray, the cute packaging is more than enough to keep me coming back for more. Cruelty free, no dyes, and no artificial sweeteners. With flavors like mojito mint, how could this NOT be in your summer travel bag.
Found online or at Whole Foods, I am loving this gum because of what is NOT in it. Only everyday, simple ingredients make up flavors like maple, fennel, ginger, and coffee. The unexpected taste is refreshing to the pallet.
I first tried this creamy treat at Wanderlust. A snagged a sample mid day between yoga sessions and ended up with a pint in my hotel room freezer. So good!!! The vanilla flavor of the cashew milk line was my favorite. Made with ingredients I can pronounce and is a great 150 calorie treat per 1/2 cup.
