Looking for a runner specific strength training routine?

Do you need help with a warm up routine? Do you know how to tackle speed work? Can you properly squat/lunge/plank? How about post run stretching?

An 11 week program designed to keep those necessary runner specific muscles strong & injury free.

Who: Runners of all paces and experience level

What: Runner Strong Small Group. Each session will be roughly an hour and will be broken down into:

  • Warm ups
  • Mini speed work session
  • Strength training workout 
  • Cool down, stretching, Q&A 

When: rain or shine – Thursday’s at 5:30 pm | August 15 – October 24

Where: TBD outdoor locations in Va Beach (Workouts will be posted virtually and live in FB group if inclement weather threatens)

What you’ll get:

  • Small group setting with individualized attention

  • Weekly workout meet up

  • Access to a client only Facebook page full of weekly videos: recipes, workouts, wellness tips, inspiration

  • Instruction and program design from an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Road Runner’s Club of America Certified Run Coach.
