My goal is help you move closer to the sweatfilled, soulful life you deserve. When we feel our best, we give our best to others and projects we care about! There is more than one way to practice living healthy. There is more than one place to practice physical activity. You and I will work closely to develop your own fitness and wellness identity and craft a routine that compliments your existing commitments. I have found that when individuals have a say in how, where, and when they workout they are more likely to stay with it.


I hope to help you become more active day to day, making fitness a part of your lifestyle. I will educate and guide you through proper form while introducing new exercises. Using a combination of cardio and strength training, I will build a plan to best suit your goals and abilities. We will dip into my repertoire of high and low cardio, including dance/running/circuits on this journey. If sand, nature, or sun while sweating is your thing, I have you covered there too!  I love the feeling of getting stronger and believe it can be achieved by working out with our own body weight, although I will bring many of my favorite fitness toys including free wights, kettlebells, mats, and more along. No one workout will be like the other. During your sessions and check ins, the topic of nutrition will be at the forefront. I want you to feel educated and equipped, leaving you fueled to pursue your own passion, mission, and purpose. Available for one on one personal training or small groups. I come to your home, office, or designated location at a time that works best for your schedule. No in home equipment needed! I bring with me my portable gym complete with steps, kettlebells, weights, and more! You will also gain access to the TFP private Facebook community where I share my favorite tips and tricks for healthy living!


Friends, couples, or parent and child looking to get fit for the same goal. We will work together to determine a weekly schedule and series of appointments that work for everyone’s availability. By training together you are able to buy down the rate and spend time bettering your life together.


An ideal option for those individuals who have limited time, travel often, or live outside of the mobile training area. This can also be a great strength training compliment to any running, cardio,  or rehab program. Your program is sent virtually at the beginning of each month.  Along with weekly Facetime or text check ins, you will acquire access to the TFP private Facebook Community where you will get a heads up on the latest trends and tips.

After an in depth interview, I will develop a wellness routine that you can implement immediately and follow regularly. I will help you identify roadblocks that might be holding you back and suggest substitutions to exchange for them. As a team, we will determine the appropriate amount of time you will need to spend each week/day implementing some new habits. I will guide you in establishing what resources may be needed in terms of monetarily and spiritually. Weekly checkins via text/email are included as well as access to the private TFP Facebook community.
