Personal Mission Statement:
The health and fitness journey is a very personal and spiritual one for most individuals. My prime mission is to keep individuals motivated, to be their cheerleader, and to increase their spiritual, physical and mental strength while developing a sense of well-being. I hope to motivate individuals to find a healthy lifestyle that is the right choice for them. Goal setting should be fun and achievable. I base my view of life and fitness on my own spirituality. I feel that God gave us each the most precious gift of our own body and we should take care of it to the best of our ability so that in turn we can share our passions and talents with others. Honoring ourselves with healthy nutrition and regular exercise keeps us energized to live out our own personal missions and inspire others.
